jam menunjukkan 1:48 am, tapi mataku masih berbuka luas..Fb 24 hours..tiba2 saya tertarik dengan gambar seorang perempuan yang kena "share" di page "I Love my Catholic Faith"..
Kamu boleh membaca di bawah :)
Our oldest daughter Mary Grace ( 13 y/o) had an assignment to write an essay about the preciousness of human life and the harm that comes from abortion. I was very moved by what she wrote and wanted to share it with you. Here it is....
Life. One simple word. It is short, but truly powerful. A mother giving birth to a child, a canceled abortion, or laughter of giddy children. It all adds up to that one little word. Life. The greatest gift we will ever receive from God.
We live in a powerful and strong country, one that unfortunately allows women to have abortions. But as an American, and as a Catholic, I consider every single child to be a gift from God. Since the beginning of time, God has had a plan for each and every one of us. Even though some babies are not planned on by the parents, they sure have been on God's schedule the whole time. Each little baby is a present from our heavenly Father, and each of their little voices should be heard. I believe that every life is a gift from God, and every life should be treated with respect.
Imagine going to a party that you have been planning on going to for a while. You are so excited. Why? Because you got the hostess the most amazing gift. You are so sure that she will love it, and are so ready to see her reaction when she opens the present. But when you give the hostess the gift, she takes one look at it and throws it in the trash. She throws away the gift you spent so much time preparing to give her, without so much as a look at it. You are crushed. This is how God feels when each gift he gives is thrown away. But life is so important, so significant, so precious. And each of these lives are gifts from the creator of the universe!
To sum up my words, I believe that every human life is a gift from God. Every single life is truly precious, planned on our part or not. Life is so important to me because each little person deserves a chance in this world as much as you and I do, and they should get the chance to be born. These children are a gift from our God, and we should receive these gifts with as much joy as we were received with.
